What is diapason?
A shared radio: one sound, together, everyone on their own phone, perfectly in sync.
Listen
Enter the room's 6-character code (or scan the DJ's QR): sound starts on the Join tap. Keep the screen on.
Private room
A private room doesn't show on the landing; only people with the code (or the password if you set one) can join.
Broadcast
Pick a mode: 🔗 link/playlist (YouTube, SoundCloud…), 🎙️ microphone, 🖥️ a tab's audio (Chrome desktop), or 🎵 Spotify Connect (same Wi-Fi).
The standby screen
When nothing is broadcasting, your radio doesn't die: listeners see a test pattern, like a TV channel waiting for its show, with a very soft tone (or silence, your call in the ⋯ menu). The room stays open; your set and position wait for you.
The sync
On joining, the Wave sweeps while every phone tunes in; when it breathes, everyone hears the same instant.
Governance
👑 the DJ decides · 🗳️ the most voted track plays next (and ⏭ skips at the vote threshold) · 🏛️ accredited listeners add to the queue.
